Yes, we have had the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7290 confirmed to fit on a 2021 Mini Cooper SE by a customer. I do recommend installing the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236 when you install the receiver. This will allow you to connect to Auxiliary Lights # C53201 when using a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights.
