Question:

I have a Subaru Outback 2013, tried to put the rack on, but in the closed position the rack handles hit my bumper, so I cannot put the rack on in the upright position no bikes have you seen this before. Thought about trying a hitch extension,but diddNt know is if it would rattle too much

This hitch extender will push out your rack an additional 7" so you'll be able to clear your bumper.
