Yes, as long as you have a set of round, square, aero, elliptical, or factory crossbars, the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box # TH615 will fit your Outback.
If you do not have a set of crossbars, you can add a set with the Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00428, and the SkyLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y53TR, as well as the Landing Pad 13 for Yakima SkyLine and Control Towers # Y00239.
