Yes, there is a kayak load assist that will work with the Thule WingBar Evo roof rack. It is from Rhino-Rack as opposed to Thule but it will work on the WingBar Evo; what you can use is the following:
- Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist - Crossbar Mount - Side Loading # RR-RUSL
The # RR-RUSL will clamp onto your crossbars and give you an extension so you can mount your kayak right to your roof rack.
If you also need the WingBar Evo roof rack for your 2023 Corolla the correct parts are # TH711420, # TH710501, and # TH145209.
