The Loading Ramp for Swagman Skaha and Escapee Bike Racks # S59SR is only going to work with the Swagman Skaha and Escapee bike racks and will not work with your E-Spec bike rack.
Instead, you're going to want to check out the Swagman Ramp and Bridge for Swagman Current, E-Spec, and G10 Bike Racks # S32YR which is going to work with your E-Spec.
