The Loading Ramp for Swagman Skaha and Escapee Bike Racks # S59SR is only going to work with the Swagman Skaha and Escapee bike racks and will not work with your E-Spec bike rack.

Instead, you're going to want to check out the Swagman Ramp and Bridge for Swagman Current, E-Spec, and G10 Bike Racks # S32YR which is going to work with your E-Spec.

I reached out to Swagman who verified you are still able to use the Loading Ramp #S59SR with your Escapee Bike Rack #S39SR. They mentioned you will have a bit of a hump to get over when going from the rear wheel carrier to the front wheel carrier.
