The Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Factory Tracks - 2 Vortex Aero Crossbars # Y02-480B-NT will work with factory, Thule, Yakima and Rhino-Rack roof tracks so if you have these already on your Subaru these'll work great.
If you don't then the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2 with the legs # RR97AP will be what you want.
These are going to be the same bars as # Y02-480B-NT but will attach to your raised rails instead.
