Is There a Back-Up Sensor Plug on Curt Harness for 2018 Subaru Outback

Question:

Hi, looking at Item # C56040 for my 2018 outback wagon. The install pictures mention a back-up sensor harness but from the pdf instructions or install video it doesnt mention having to plug in a separate back up sensor harness so Im a little confused. I tried reaching out to online Nicole but was told to read the install guide or contact the manufacturer - not much product support from chat I suppose. Im buy a hitch from you guys too and wanted to install trailer connector at the same time.

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56040 uses a solo connector which in under the rear cargo tray and carries the functions for the lighting circuits. There is no connector used for back-up sensors. If you have back-up sensors, they will still work as normal although there would likely be warning messages when you back up with the trailer attached. The only harness that I am aware of that ties into the back-up sensors and turns them off while towing is on a Honda Pilot.
