Question:
Looking for hinged bike rack to fit trailer hitch on Ford F350, and of course, clear the tailgate when deployed. Thanks.

The only type of bike rack that's going to allow you full access to the tailgate of your Ford F-350 is going to be a swing away bike rack like the Thule Apex XT part # TH9027XT. This type of bike rack has a pivot assembly built into the shank of the rack that allows it to swing away from the vehicle to the side so that you get full access to the truck bed.
While this is a 4 bike hanging setup we also have 2 bike platform setups like the Yakima EXO swing part # Y92VR.
