I am looking for a replacement propane line for my RV. It is an 18 male hard nose POL to a male NPT 1/4 inch. Do you have such an item?

I do have an option for you but the only hose we offer with these fittings (POL x 1/4" Male NPT) is the MB Sturgis Propane Supply Hose part # 100202 which is 10'. That said, if this is going from the tank to the regulator then you should be able to use the MB Sturgis Propane PigtailHose part # 100019-24 with the Propane Adapter Fitting part # 37207-30035 which is 2'.
