Will CE Smith Motorcycle Rail # CE26110PG Bend if Part of it Hangs Off the Back of a Short Trailer

39wide x 59 length trailer These rails would be overlapping if i put them on the subject trailer. Would it work without bending?

I would not recommend using the motorcycle rail # CE26110PG since about 2 feet of it would be hanging off the back of the trailer. I have actually stood on this rail and it does flex. You can imagine that when traveling there is going to be some up and down movement stressing it even more but only if the rear wheel is on a part of the rail that is not supported by the trailer floor.
If you can fit the whole bike on the trailer now you could trim the rail to fit the trailer. Otherwise you would have to tie off a red flag or paint the ends of the rails pink so the part that sticks out is more visible.
Instead of a rail you might be interested in using something like a wheel chock, # RA-17. It accepts motorcycle tires up to 6-1/2 inches wide.
