Will the Curt OEM Gooseneck Ball Work W/ the Blue Ox Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Adapter?

Question:

I have a Curt 60629 gooseneck ball kit that came with my Siverado 3500. Is it my understanding that this will not work with BLU52XR because it is a high rise gooseneck ball? What would you recommend? Im currently using this with my Pullrite 2600. Is this also a no no? Too little too late! Thanks

I'm looking at your Curt Pop-In Ball for Factory Chevy/GM, Ford, and Nissan Underbed Gooseneck Hitches # C60629 and I'm not seeing any reason why you would not be able to use the Blue Ox Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BLU52XR.

The Curt # C60629 is just a standard 2-5/16" gooseneck ball which is a non high-rise ball, so it's going to work just fine with the Blue Ox Gooseneck 5th wheel adapter.

As far as use with your Pullrite I'm not quite sure what you're meaning, but all this adapter is designed to do is convert your existing gooseneck setup and to a 5th wheel setup so you can use a standard pin box with a king pin.
