There are a couple of options to hook up the chains on the Andersen Ultimate Safety Chain Kit item # RM3230. If you do not have a set of rails you'll want to use the Gooseneck Anchor Plate item # C65NR. This installs below your gooseneck ball.
If you have a set of base rails you'll need to get the Safety-Chain Loops for Gooseneck Hitches on 5th Wheel Rails item # C16000.
