By "hatchback rack" I believe you are referring to a trunk-mounted bike rack and we do indeed have a trunk rack that fits your 2018 Honda CR-V Touring, from Saris:
- Saris Bones 2-Bike Rack # SA805BL
This will also require the use of the Saris Hatch Huggers # SAR88MR to replace the hooks on top of the rack for installation on your '18 CR-V.
The only other thing to keep in mind is that with a hanging rack like this one, if one of the bikes you want to carry has a step-through frame, or you want to carry a children's bike, you'll need to give those bikes a horizontal mounting point with a bike adapter bar, the Bike Frame Adapter Bar # HRBA-PRO.
