Question:

I have read one of your comments that the Thule AirScreen XT Wind Fairing if sits on a sunroof glass there is no problem I have a 2023 BMW X7 M60i. You can see the roof rack installed photos below. No way the 52inch Thule AirScreen XT Wind Fairing front end is going to sit on the metal body of the vehicle. It is going to sit on the sunroof. Is this safe? I dont drive with open sunroof but I am more worried about the safety of the glass sunroof itself from the vibrations and potential scrubbing.

Yes, the AirScreen XT for Thule Crossbars # TH22WV can safely sit on the sunroof glass on your 2023 BMW X7 M60i. It does not have issues with damaging paint and I would expect it to scratch up the paint on the roof before it would hurt glass. You can be confident that the sunroof will remain unharmed after installation.
