If you are using a Curt trailer brake controller then for your 2014 Ram 1500 you will need harness # C51453. Harness # C51322 fits Ford, Land Rover, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. The new Rams have a unique multiplex wiring system called Powernet. Because of this new design it requires a special brake controller harness, # C51453, which will allow the Curt brake controller to function properly.
