For your 2015 Buick Verano I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11282. This is custom fit for your Verano. The Multi-Fit Receiver # C13900 you found is not listed as an approved fit for any Buick. I have attached a copy of the instructions below for this receiver which lists the vehicles it fits and what holes must be drilled for each vehicle it fits to use. The custom fit receiver above will not require any drilling either making for an easier installation.
