What Order Do the Washers Go on the Optronics Single Face Trailer Tail Light

Question:
I just received the Optronics Pedestal Mount lights,very nice. The lights came with a rubber grommet a lock washer and nut.In what order should I install these? Thanks

In regards to the Optronics Single Face Trailer Tail Light part # ST51RB, the post will install into the hole first without any hardware underneath. Then, you'll place the flat washer followed up by the lock washer and nut. It will be the same as the order of the hardware shown in the photo below.
I don't see any rubber grommets on my end but if I had to guess I would say it goes between the light base and mounting hole.
