WHAT IS THE MEASUREMENT OF THE MOUNTING HOLES, CENTER TO CENTER? HOW WIDE IS THE MOUNTING STRAP?

We have a lovely diagram showing the measurements you need for Trailer D-Ring Tie Down # SR15-C. I have reproduced it for you here.
The width of the strap part is 1-3/16 inches. And the mounting holes are 2-1/4 inches apart on center.
