Parts Needed To Install a 7-Way Connector On a 2019 Toyota Tacoma SR5

Question:

Will this fit a 2019 Toyota Tacoma sr 5? Looks the same. I have a the factory plug but no harness

To install a 7-way on your 2019 Toyota Tacoma SR5 you will either need the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket # HM40975 which will plug into a USCAR connector. Or you will need the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness # 22117. The USCAR connector is the large round connector which will plug into the back of the # HM40975. If you do not have this particular connector the Tekonsha kit has all the wiring you will need to install a functioning 7-way and will also allow for a Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller # RED63RR.

If you have the USCAR connector from the factory then you will only need the Plug and Play Harness # RED99FR along with the Controller # RED44FR to install a brake controller. The Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-002 will allow you to place the control knob in one of the factory cutouts on your dash for a clean factory appearance.
