I have a solution for you but the item # C68JR does not fit a 2020 Kia Sorento. The connectors are different and won't match up. Instead you will want the OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness item # TK24FR if you have the factory tow package.

If you do not have the factory tow package you are going to have to use the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7. The kit includes a pre-wired 7- and 4-way trailer connector that mounts easily at the rear of your vehicle with an included bracket. This kit is designed for use on a vehicle with an existing 4-way flat trailer connector and plugs directly into it.

If your Sorento does not have a 4-way connector you will also need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C56256.
