I believe you are referring to the Bearing - Top & Bottom for Dexter Model 10 Actuators # T1020900. This measures 1/8" at the top, 3/16" at the bottom and the bottom is 5/16" wide. It fits all Dexter model 10 actuators. I have had some trouble locating information on the 10 Dico/Titan brake actuator to confirm if they are the same size or the number needed.
If this is not what you're referring to or need further help, please send in some pictures of your actuator and the wear buttons you are looking for and I would be happy to try and help find what you are needing.
