Yes, it will. The etrailer Trailer Hitch item # e98868 is custom fit and designed specifically for the 2015 Honda CR-V. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight. So this hitch will work with most hitch mounted accessories and has the ability to pull a trailer.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56158 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
