There are a number of different ways to haul a kayak on a 2023 Ford F-150. The best and easiest option would be to place them over the bed with a ladder rack like the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # Y01151-58. That said, if you have a tonneau cover, this likely won't work for you. In which case, I recommend securing the kayak over the cab and hitch using a system like the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System with T-Load composed of part # RRVA150B, part # RRRLKVAH, part # RTL002,and part # DK427H.

In either case, you'd need a set of cradles for which I recommend the Yakima DeckHand Kayak Roof Rack part # Y04083-2.
