Question:
I have a 2020 Ford Expedition Max with tow package. I am experiencing a little rear end squat -lifting the front wheels a bit. Would Air Shocks or progressive coil over springs help? What products would you recommend as a solution?

It sounds like you are experiencing the rear sag when you are towing with your 2020 Ford Expedition Max. The best remedy for this is to use a weight distribution hitch like the Equal-i-zer # EQ37100ET. This will allow you to transfer some of the weight from the rear axle and move it to the front axle. It will also help to reduce trailer sway caused by strong winds on the highways. This particular system is rated for trailers up to 10,000lbs with 600-1,000lbs of tongue weight. If you have a different weight rating please let me know and I can help you find the correct system.
Using an item like the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1168R will help to reduce the rear sag but it does nothing to more evenly distribute the weight across your vehicle or reduce the trailer sway. Using air shocks or progressive coil over springs would end with the same result.
