I need to have a trailer hitch reciever and tow ball for a 2003 ford focus sedan 2.3 liter automatic to rent and tow a moving trailer to Texas from California can you help me with making one fit and wire assembly

In order to tow a trailer with a 2003 Ford Focus you'll first need to start with a trailer hitch, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11294 is what I recommend and it features an easy bolt-on install. Then you'll need a trailer wiring harness for which I recommend the Hopkins Active Tail Light Converter with Install Kit part # 46255. This can then be combined with the following to complete your setup:
Curt Drawbar part # C45521
Curt Hitch Pin and Clip part # F-4
Draw-Tite 2" Hitch Ball part # 19258
