The Draw-Tite Hitch part # 41001 that you referenced is confirmed to fit your 1964 Chevy C10 Panel Truck as long as it has an 8 foot bed with a standard bumper.
If you have a different bed length or bumper style check out the link I attached as there are several hitch options available based on the different styles of trucks.
For trailer wiring you would want the Draw-Tite Wiring Harness # 18252.
