Yes, the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-10 comes with brake magnets, one for each assembly. The magnets are pre-installed into the assembly. It has everything you need besides the hardware to attach like the Mounting Bolts and Hardware part # BRKH122510.
