Hello, I have a 2022 Ford F150 crewmax with a 5-ft bed. It has the Ford supplied hard tanno. I would like to add some sort of ladder rack

The ability to use a tonneau cover is going to depend on how that factory tonneau cover mounts to the bed of your 2020 Ford F-150. If the cover just clamps onto the inner lip of the bedrails and doesn't cover up your stake pockets then you can use a stake pocket mounted ladder rack like the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-508 or the cantilever version # TH43002XT-508EX.
These ladder racks have a base that mounts in the stake pockets and curve up, allowing for a little bit of room for you to open and close certain covers. Options that mount to the inner lip of the bedrails like the Erickson # EM07707 you were looking at will prevent the use tonneau covers. The towers on these Thule ladder racks are able to slide around on the bases as well so that you can adjust them for a variety of needs.
