We don't have any way of knowing what replacement lens is needed for any trailer, including a 1985 pop-up, and realistically with a trailer of that age you'll likely have to replace the light altogether. It's pretty simple to do though, as you just need to find one that is approximately the same size.
For example, if your lights were about 8" x 3" you could go with the Aero Pro Combination Trailer Tail Light - Driver Side # ST37RB and Passenger Side # ST36RB.
