How Can You Tell Which Size Eye Bolt Fits Into Yakima HD Crossbars?

Question:

It seems that the anima eye bolts fit most t slot rack and bars that said the $28 I have aice for 2 is a bit steep - they also are steel and not stainless - I have seen other eye bolts for T slots online - is there a specific siz needed for the Overhaul racwith HD crossbars

The Yakima HD bars you were looking at has a slot that measures 11mm (7/16") wide on top, 8mm(5/16") deep, and 22mm(14/16") wide at it's bottom.

As long as the Eye bolts you get work with this size slot, then then you won't have any problems, though the Eye bolts # Y01162 were specifically designed for these crossbars.
