Replacement Steps for Kwikee Revolution Series on 2012 Itasca 30T Motorhome

Question:

I have a 2013 Itasca 30T Sunstar motorhome built by Winnebago. I have a set of electric steps by Kwikee , Revolution Series, 2 steps. I cannot read the model # that is worn off. The other day they started jerking going in or out. It looks like the gears are stripped inside the housing. I can only get them out or in manually. The steps are beginning to rust underneath as well. I feel like a whole new assembly may be the way to go. I think your LC3725791 is the correct replacement for the unit I have now, based on what I can tell from the pictures. What do you think?
