Does Rear Wheel of Bike Rack Need to be Secured When Using Hollywood Racks Fork Bike Rack

I am considering using this product on top of my bakflip hard cover. I do not understand what holds the back of the bike in place in this application.

Fork mounted bike racks like the Hollywood Racks part # HRT970 don't require anything to hold the rear wheel. I know it seems like it would move around but the weight of the bike keeps it in the same spot which keeps the bike upright.

I attached a link on this page to a test course video for this rack that shows the rack holding a bike in the bed of a truck as it's driven around our test course. You can see it's stable and the rear wheel does not move.
