Question:

Looking at the Curt Crosswing hitch. Truck is 2021 Ram 3500 long bed, trailer is GD Momentum 381M. Trailer came with Andersen Ultimate and I have been towing with it for two years, having issues with the adjustable ball wearing and getting wobbly. Really do not like the aluminum ball and hitch and just saw the Crosswing. My question is which is better the rail mount C86JR or the pin ball mount C92DR? FYI I have been sitting on chat for over 30 minutes waiting and thought this might be faster.

It sounds like you have the OEM gooseneck on your Ram 3500, so the correct Curt CrossWing is the one that attaches to that gooseneck ball:

This is better than the # C86JR you mentioned because that mounts to standard base rails, but otherwise these are the same hitch. This is going to be a more solid connection than the Andersen, but still allow you to remove the hitch easily when you aren't using it so your Ram has a clean truck bed.
