Sorry but it will not. The Replacement Base for B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVB3255 is only compatible with the Replacement Head Assembly for B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVC3200.
Both of these components combined give you the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVK3255.
The Replacement Head Assembly for Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # BWRVC3006 will only fit on Companion bases.
