Question:
I had an airbag kit on my 2018 F150 four-wheel-drive rear suspension product shown in the picture. I am wondering if there is an adapter I can use to make this fit my 2022 F150 four-wheel-drive.

There is no adapter that will allow for you to install the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs # AL59570 from your 2018 Ford F-150 to your 2022 Ford F-150. As Air Lift does not make this style kit currently you would need to step up to one of their LoadLifter 5000 kits. If your F-150 has the Continuously Controlled Damping system Air Lift does not currently have a product that is compatible. Otherwise you will need either the Kit # AL54JQ for models with the Powerboost engine or Kit # AL67PD for all other engine combinations. Both these kits include springs with internal jounce bumpers which will help reduce bouncing when loaded.
You should be able to transfer any air compressor system you may have had on your 2018 otherwise I recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ. This system has a smart manifold which allows you to adjust the air pressure from your smart phone. It will also monitor the air pressure while you drive and make changes if the psi setting changes by more than 3psi.
