Will the Dometic Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover Work with Existing Flange on Dometic Fan

Question:

Does this item have the holes in the side for a no drill install with 1/4inch drive rivets? This would attach to the exisitng flange on the dometic fan.

The Dometic Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover part # DMC38FR installs using brackets which secure to the vent lid flange. The brackets are screwed into the roof but the cover is attached to the bracket using pins and is easily removeable. I have attached a photo below that shows the bracket and attachment.

If you already have the brackets installed then it would offer a drill-free installation, otherwise you'd need to drill to install the bracket although you are using a hole that's already there.
