Do you know how much the # DM8550040 and install kit weigh? Im concerned about exceeding my pay load. Would the Reese components with the sidewinder be a lighter option? Thanks

The Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550040 is going to weigh 309lbs and the Install Kit # DM8552034-71 is 105lbs. The Reese # RP30047 is going to be a lighter option at 108lbs with Install Kit # RP56015-53 being 103lbs. But do remember the Reese Sidewinder # RP77FR is going to weigh approximately 120lbs more than your standard pin box. So while you loose hitch weight in the truck you are going to have a higher tongue weight.
