Will this this harness fit 2008 jeep wrangler with no splicing or drilling.

The Blue Ox Tow Bar Wiring Kit # BLU79FR is designed to fit 2020-2023 Jeep Gladiators and would not be a compatible option for your 2008 Jeep Wrangler. We do carry the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56200 which is confirmed to fit your Wrangler, but I'm not really a big fan of plug-in style diode wiring as it can't be fixed if there's ever an issue.

Unlike splice-in diode wiring there's really no troubleshooting you can do if the wiring harness isn't properly functioning. All you can do is remove it and reinstall a new one. With splice-in style wiring you can replace every single component with having to rip out the rest of it and start over.

If you'd rather switch over to splice-in then I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. I've attached installation videos for both wiring harnesses to help you through the process.

While you're completing your wiring one other thing you might be interested in is the Roadmaster Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766. Since the battery has to be disconnected in order for you to flat tow you can install this disconnect switch to make it as simple as pushing a button.
