Ideas For Adding Lights To Hollywood Racks RV Rider HLY64FR w/ Cover Over Bikes

I have the Hollywood HLY64FR bike rack I purchased from etrailer installed on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. With my two bikes and the cover over them I need a solution to get taillights that I can mount on the rear of the bike rack beneath the cover so my brakes, running and signaling is visible from behind. Also a way to mount the license plate behind the bike rack as well. I was going to try to rig something but I thought you may have run into this before and have a product or two to accomplish this. I do have an option for you, but since your rack wasn't designed for any sort of lights the best bet is going with the # e98943-44LED which has lights and a license plate mount, but won't be too hard to get installed.
Another customer installed a light kit like this on his Hollywood Racks # HLY64FR by using some metal to go into the extra receiver portion on the front of the rack. I included a picture of what he made and how it looks installed for you to draw some inspiration from.
If this isn't something you think you can do, a local fabrication shop will be able to no problems.
