What is the proper torque for 3/8 and 9/16 wet suspension bolts

There are no specific torque settings for wet bolts like the # 126B2. You need to tighten them down until the knurled portion of the bolt pulls completely into the shackle strap and the bolt head runs all the way down to the shackle strap.
