Can I use the lift assist and the upride roof bike rack at the same time? Tks

You can, but it depends on the length of your crossbars and the weight of all of your equipment.

The Thule Hullavator Pro # TH898 takes up 28-1/2" of the crossbar and the Thule UpRide # TH599000 measures 13" wide so your crossbars need to be at least 41-1/2" to at least fit both, but then you also run into the width of your boat as well since you want to avoid the boat making contact with your bike.

On top of this the Hullavator Pro weighs just shy of 40 lbs and the UpRide is 17 lbs so you're reducing the weight rating of your roof rack by 57 lbs. As long as your kayak and bike can fit the length of your crossbars and the 57 lbs of the carriers plus the weights of your boat and bike don't exceed the capacity of your roof rack you'll be good to go!
