The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ADV94FR is a complete system so, yes, it will be able to replace your Dometic system. If you're only wanting to replace the rooftop unit and still maintain use of the air distribution box and thermostat then you'll want the # ACM135 instead.
If this is the route you take you'll want to remove the plenum on your air distribution box to take a look at the wiring and see what style connector you have on the wire harness that runs from the rooftop unit to the controller. It will either be a 6-pin or 9-pin connector (pictured below). If you have a 9-pin connector then you'll also need an adapter # ACCOLKIT in order for it to connect to the controller. I've attached a video below where I'll show you this harness and how to install the adapter.

You will also want to reconnect (or purchase, if you don’t have it) the condenser freeze sensor, which has a two pin connector going to the control unit. If you don’t, you will get an E-5 error on the thermostat.
