The Blue Ox Acclaim # BX4330 is a car-mount style tow bar which isn't compatible with D-Ring adapters. You would need to use a motorhome-mounted style tow bar like the Roadmaster # RM-522 along with the 3/4" D-Ring Adapter # RM-035. All adapters are brand specific so you wouldn't be able to mix and match and unfortunately Blue Ox only has a 7/8" and 1" option for adapters.

You will also need to check with the manufacturer to ensure that the bumper is rated to tow from because a lot of the time the D-Rings are simply there for looks and don't have enough structural support. If you haven't picked out the rest of your flat towing components then I have the following recommendations:

Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This system comes with a remote to display when the brakes in your Jeep are activated and also comes with a vehicle side charge line kit to keep your Jeep's battery charged.

Safety Cables: Roadmaster 80" Hybrid Coiled-to-Straight Safety Cables # RM-674. These cables have straight lengths to slide through the channels in the # RM-522 and coiled lengths for the rest to help keep the cables up off the ground so they don't get damaged.
