Tips When Installing Optronics LED Light Strip 12-Volt Connector with Wire Leads

I recently bought a strip of LED Strip Lights and 2 Connectors with pigtails. The lights work fine, but I cant get the connectors to work with the strip. I watched your YouTube video and installed them on the strip after removing a short length of tape backing. Can you help me or should I just send the connectors back to you?

In regards to using the Optronics LED Light Strip 12-Volt Connector with Wire Leads part # A90PB with the Optronics Flexible LED Light Strips like part # UCL90CB, you'll need to make sure of two things. The first is that you are removing the double sides tape from the back of the light strip where it inserts into the connector. The second and the more important one is that you cut the light strip where indicated. The copper sections on the light strip would then line up with the silver terminals inside the connector.
