It sounds like you're asking if the Replacement Quick Grip Mount Assembly - Thule Ascent, Atlantis, and Force Cargo Box # TH05738 can be used on your older Thule Adventurer cargo box, and the answer is unfortunately no.
The only mounting hardware kit we have that'll work with your Thule Adventurer is the Replacement QM3 - Quick Mount Hardware - for Adventurer Cargo Box # TH04997.
