Rhino-Rack doesn't have a specific weight rating listed for each pair of the legs that come with the Gutter Mount System:

Altogether these will be able to support up to 220 lbs with a matching Rhino-Rack tray or crossbars but aside from that Rhino-Rack doesn't give any specifics.
