For your 2020 Ford F-150 with tire size 275/55R20 the tire chains I would recommend for the front and rear axle would be the Konig K-Summit Chains part # KON84FR which are very easy to install, provide great traction, and offer the best rim protection. These will fit the front and rear axle of your truck.
If instead you were looking for something a little more budget friendly the Titan chains part # TC2533 would be a really great option too. They also install pretty easily and provide great traction.
