Question:

Does this extruded rail work for all brands Solera, Dometic and Carefree of Colorado of awning or slide toppers? How wide is the opening to hold the awning polycord?

The Solera Awning Rail Extrusions like part # LC715217 are designed for a 1/4" poly cord so they work with most awnings that use this such as those from Dometic, Carefree, Solera etc. Please note, the rail should be the same size or slightly larger than the roll bar or fabric length. They can be combined as well as trimmed down to get the exact size needed. They are available in both black which is linked above and white part # LC715216.
