I have a set of Thule XB-16 chains that were for my 2010 Pathfinder that had 265/60-18 tires and are size 265. I now have a 2022 4Runner with 265/70-17 tires, will these fit this vehicle? Thank you!

The tire sizes are different enough that they will not be able to transfer; your 2010 Nissan Pathfinder with 265/60-18 tires used the Konig (which is the same as Thule) # TH01571265; the correct fit for those same tire chains on your 2022 Toyota 4Runner with 265/70-17 tires are the following part number:
