The receiver hole and pin on my Renegade motorhome are larger than the hole on the hitch. Is it OK to drill the hitch so the larger pin can pass through?

No, you definitely cannot drill a hole in the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 3" Hitch - 4-1/2" Drop, 4" Rise - 21K # BWTS30037B.
You'll need to use a standard hitch pin or lock such as the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Lock w/ Pick-Proof Key - 3" Hitches - Flush - 4" Span # 63260.
